How many switches?

Hey, a friend of mine with a 94 tercel has had her radiator fan recently stop working. I've changed the fan relay (in the engine bay fuse box), checked the fan motor (hooked to 12v current), and replaced the thermostat (thought I'd just try it, knew it wouldn't work). I don't know these engines at all and was wondering if anyone knew if and where there may be additional switches or thermo sensors to replace, the fan still isn't kicking in at all. thanks for any help.

Ben

There should be a thermo switch on the water inlet housing on the right hand side of the motor right below the distributor. Other than that, I don't know much about the 3ee.
