95 t100 base 2.7 clutch fluid leaking inside teuck on fire wall

Hello i have a 95 t100 2.7 and noticed my clutch fluid leaking where the clutch pedal is on the fire wall. What is that part called? I noticed it when i was checking my brake light switch cause i have no brake lights. Thanks!

Oh yes and my brake light wasnt working due to the fuse. I went to a gas station and told them my peoblem and they looked into and just charged me for a fues. I was just gonna replace the brake light switch
