Unhappy Gauge Lights Dimmer Switch Needed

I broke my Gauge Cluster light dimmer dial when pulling the lower dash panel installing my cruise. This is the dial that is mounted on the dash on the left hand side of the steering wheel. For me its the only dial/switch on that side. Does anyone have one or can get one cheep?

Ok Bam... Work your magic! Others too if you have one or know were to get one.

Dealer wants 130 bucks to get this.

Have you check anything in yer area fer T-100 parts? You can use the dimmer any of the T-100 year group.

There might be one nearby in the parts yard here in town. PM me if you can't find one and I can go check on it. Might work, might not though.

I ended up getting it from the dealer talked him down to 113. The guys on CL, well one already sold it and the other guy, he was shaddy. Wanted me to send him cash. Not gonna happen. I just didn't trust him and he wanted 60 bucks for it. Not worth the hastle for another 60 bucks for me. Called 5 local recycle yards and nothing, so went back to the dealer and got it the next day. I needed it as I had no interior lights.

I know thats what i though bam!! I did think about jumping them together, however i didn't want to short anything out. i don't have a wiring diagram, so I wasn't sure what kind of switch it was like if it had resistors or anything like that in there.

Plus its my daily driver, and I want this truck around a long time, so if im going to fix it its going to be right!!

Oh by the way I got 23.1 MPG going back to wichita a few weeks ago. 67 MPH the whole way. Got 18.7 the way back. Had a 15mph head and then side wind. And I drove about 72mph the way back too

If you read the thread, he already found his part from the dealer from my posts. The other used parts with locations and phone numbers were also posted.

His vehicle stats are right below his post as his signature.

Sure...why not.

We try our best to describe and relay information as much as possible as we want to have options/solutions to problems/ideas. What year is yer T-100?
