T100 changing spark plugs

What is the procedure for changing the spark plugs ? I have not changed mine in quite some time. Truck still runs great but has maybe 100 k on present plugs. Also ,is it advisable to use the new Bosch plugs?

What engine? I put the bosch plugs in my 3.0L v6 and did not like them. I use either the NGK or Nipendenso brands. They seem to run better. They cost less than the bosch plugs also.
