Where are my tie down rings?

Hey gang. Thsi is my first of many posts here. I just got a 1997 T100 extended cab from a friend of a friend. I was even lucky enough to have it come with a plastic bed liner. However < i dont know where to make cut outs in the liner for my tie down straps. I found the back two rings by looking through the gap of liner/bed. I would appreciate any advice on finding the front rings so that my new liner doesnt end up looking like swiss cheese. Thanks . Darren

I just put one in my T100 - it's a factory one with the holes in it. Here's where you should cut:

The tie down brackets are at the front corners of the bed and are attached to the side of the bed, not exactly in the corner at an angle or anything, so you're going to want to cut square holes in the side of the bedliner right before the corner starts.

Measure 5 inches down from the top of your bedliner - that's the top line
Then measure 8.5 inches down from the top of your bedliner - that's the bottom line

Mark the front-side line at the crease where the side and front of the bedliner starts - then measure 2 inches towards the back of the truck - that's your back line

This should get you right in the ball park - once you trace your line out you can drill a 1/2 inch hole right in the middle and shine a flash light in there to make sure you're close to where you want to be.
