I have a 94 T-100 3.0L . The previous owner tagged the bumper grille and passenger headlight. Light damage. The worst is the Headlight assembly, I was able to epoxy the crack in the headlight retainer and tape up the small hole in the back of the reflector. One of the adjustable screws with the ball on the end is what smashed through the reflector housing after breaking the square black nylon socket clip. THIS IS THE CLIP I NEED! I checked the dealer and have searched the web looking for just this clip. I can find the whole assembly, but I don't want to pay for a new one since mine is already repaired. I just need this one clip and then I'm good to go. I guess my question is, does anyone have an extra clip I could buy or know of a place to purchase one? There is no part# that I can see. There are #'s but it does'nt look like a part #.
Thanks in advance.
The dealer won't sell just the clip? They only sell the whole assembly? Did you give them your VIN? Did you scan eBay? Try 4X4 Wire's wanted section if all else fails.

I went to the dealer, and they only sell the whole assembly. I figured that would happen. I searched the internet. I found some sights that specialize in just clips. I found one clip that was close but not close enough. I can only find the assembly on Ebay. As far as giving the dealer my VIN, idon't think that would matter. I was looking at the screen with the parts on it. They just choose not to break the asembnly down and sell the parts seperately.
You could try some of the local salvage/junk yards and see if they have a broken light you can salvage off of...
Well, after exhausting all my auto body guys I work with looking for the clip. I've still come up empty handed. So this morning I went down to a few of my old salvage yards (man, I have'nt been there in years!) and they did'nt even have a T-100. I will try a again tomorrow with some different salvage yards. But, if anyone has any of these headlight clips that I could possibly buy let me know!

Well when I asked the guy at TAP if he could sell me a clip from the headlight on a t-100 he said " We don't do that". I've been pretty busy, but still have to check craigslist for a part out or something. I'm also going to try a few more salvage yards. I really have a hard time buying an expensive assembly just for a clip. I have to come up with something soon because I will be going camping in the truck soon and so I will need to get the front end back on. I will pay a fair price for two of these clips . So if you have any extras laying around....$$$..
One in Phoenix... There's even a phone number you can call and talk to the guy. Korey in Colorado Springs might have yer part as well. I got a hitch, sliding window latch, and the cup holder from him.

Well, I finally caved in and just bought a new light from ebay. I was spending way to much time trying to find this clip, and I need my truck next week for our camping trip. Thanks BamZipPow & Xsacta for your help.
