Question Need new seat belts, where to buy?

Hey folks -

I bought a 95 T100 base/long bed and I need to replace both seat belts, the whole thing.
It isn't the retractor problem, the belts themselves are worn out beyond what I consider safe, some of the webbing is torn and such...

The question is where buy new seat belts.
I tried buying the ones that are sold on eBay as new T100 belts that are "made to OEM standards", the mounting is definitely sub-standard to OEM -
The retractor mount does not have the small tab that goes into the pilar prior to bolting.
Also, the upper mounting point doesn't have a height adjuster and the bolt is too long.

I'm looking for something that would be comparable to OEM seat belts, hopefully the price isn't going to rape my wallet.

TIA,

Moti

I got mine used from www.car-part.com and they shipped them pretty quick.

How much you looking to spend? What color you looking fer?

You could just pull the web belt out from the set you got and put them in yer existing system. I'm sure there's a thread over at www.4x4wire.com to show you how to crank/disassemble the seatbelts...

Thanks for the replies but I'd rather just buy a new set and install it.

I don't mind paying $100+ .

Dealer wanted $300 for a set.
I ended up using the set I bought on eBay with some slight modifications, it works great and cost was under $100.

Slightly better ...

One thing to be said for those who may follow suit in the future -
In the single cab the OEM center belt is a part of the passenger and driver side set.
When buying the ones from eBay you'll need to purchase the center belt seperately because it doesn't come with it like the OEM ones.
I didn't bother with it since no one will ever sit there in my truck anyway.
Also, the eBay belt doesn't have the connector for the buzzer (which is fine by me, I hated that annoying thing).
