BANG FOR THE BUCK, Improvements??

Hey guys, can you guys help me? What should I do to gain HP in my 97 Toyota, cold air intake? Volcom(250$) Computer on ebay?, cat-back exhaust? Gibson, What brands are the best?
You Boys should know the best right, this forum is quite sweet, I like! Help me out!

Intake would probably be the best. It stats that you get 15hp, but I think you only get 10. You can feel the improvement, and it makes your engine sounds a whole lot better. Don't forget to keep your filter clean. Supercharger, I'm installing one in my truck soon, I know there is going to be a significant difference in that. If you put one in don't forget to follow the break in procedures. I'm not to sure about those chips on ebay. NGK or Denso Iridium spark plugs, makes your engine feel clean and gives you a little boost.

how negatively would a cold air intake affect MPG? or a supercharger for that matter?

Cold Air Intakes and Ebay chips dont help. Exhaust may help though.

Cold air intakes in theory help MPG. Superchargers hurt MPG mainly because your always on the gas.
