Mine is an automatic, and if I don't open the door with the keyless remote, the alarm will go off in a couple of seconds. There are two buttons on the remote, the top locks and unlocks, but I don't know what the bottom button does. I'd like to disconnect the alarm altogether but it goes to the horn. Any suggestions?

You might open up the remote to make sure the button is still working...
