New T100 owner

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I just picked up a 1997 T100 SR5 4WD. It's black w/ 90,300mi.

Congratulations, MGo, I had noticed that T a few weeks ago (I think it was on car.com, too, or somewhere like that). It looks amazingly clean and should treat you well! I've got a nearly identical T (97 black 3.4 4wd sr5) with 216k on it and running strong. I regularly tow quite a bit with it, too. I was actually planning on making a trip down there to test drive it to compare to mine!

Congrats, that is one sweet clean looking truck with low miles- almost identical to my '97 T100 SR5 4x4. Bought mine last Nov with 144,000miles...still running great. Put some nerf bars on 'er and an LCD tailgate light bar...

Thanks everyone. I'm looking forward to sharing in the wealth of information here on the board. 1st thing to do will be fluid changes everwhere. My father has a 95 Tacoma, so I have experience doing all his repairs and maint. I'm sure this T100 will be very similar.

Picked it up for 8500 after 500 trade-in. Now I'm reseaching rust stopping paints/coatings. The under side needs some attention, don't want cancer to take over.
