Can anyone identify this truck for me? (need help quick!!!!)

Alright so im looking for a small pickup to haul around my ATV (2007 raptor 700, it is exactly 50 inches wide).

I found this truck (I think its a "toyota pickup" or a t100?) Im sure you guys can tell pretty easy (im a toyota noob!)

EBAY ITEM NUMBER: 120383573346

***Does anyone know how wide the bed is on this truck?***

I dont mean between the wheel wells (can lift the tires over that no problem). I just need to know the narrowest point in the box (be it at the tailgate or just the general width between the bed rails).

Also...if you notice in the video when he starts it and rev's it up there is a squeeak. Does that sound like a belt slipping to you guys or something else?

For a 2,000 reserve it seems like a pretty good deal as long as the drivetrain is solid.

Thanks so much in advance!!!

Mike

The listing is exactly as it should be....Toyota Truck. Not a T-100.

lol ok my bad. I thought maybe they just dumped it in a general category of "pickup" not actually being a "toyota pickup" lol.

Now that this thread is worthless in this section...do you know much about engine noises? lol If you watch that walk around video it seems that engine has a squeeling noise when he opens the throttle...is this a belt...or????

I Dont have time now to go look at it (just found it tonight) but I could really use a small pickup. He says it runs well but I am just worried about that engine noise (dont need to spend 2k on a truck just to dump another 1k in parts to keep it running!)

Thanks!!!

The thing you don't see is how much rust/metal is left under the plastic liner. Looking at the body, I'm gonna guess there's not much left of the bed.

The squeal yer hearing is the fan, alternator, or power steering belt. Most likely the alternator belt. I have the same engine in my 1985 Celica. The key will be to listen to the chain and see if it's rattling and taking out the timing cover. See if there's any water in the oil at all...but that can be changed.

I wouldn't rush into this deal. $2k is way too much fer that rust bucket...really.

Ok, thanks!

The more I thought about it, the more I realized its not worth 2,000 with that much rust (especially site un seen). Granted if I got there and saw the frame had tons of cancer I would walk and just offer to give the guy a few bucks for the auction listing.

O well...life goes on and the search continues.

Thanks again you guys really know your stuff!
