A little guidance

Hi i am looking to purchase a 94 t100 locally,from a guy who had it up for sale.
Upon my inspection i found a couple problems that i need to get some help withbefore i buy.
under the engine bay there looks to be a leak from the power steering pump,or one of the hoses,as its clearly wet.
second underneath is very wet,looks like transmission fluid is clearly dripping as the pan is wet,and behind the motor in front of the trans is clearly wet.
Upon driving the truck it seems as if the throttle/engine is stiff or slow in response.
also seems to have a slight exhaust leak.
and lastly,the engin when idleing is quite bumpy on and off,as if it were misfiring at times,but it has no check engine light,i didnt drive it very far but from what i sense it is a bit sluggish for the 3.0 v6.
any advice or info would help,just looking to get some knowledge of what to look for,i am a toyota owner but never had a T100.
also as far as pricing what should i expect to shell out for these repairs as well as what should i offer as the asking price was negotiable.
It is a 1994 v6 2wd dx longbed,no rust,only a few cosmetic blemishes as well as those stated above.

Power steering pump seals are probably bad. Check behind the pump and see if the ridge has fluid coming out the back. If it is, then either rebuild the pump or buy a new/refurbished one.

Check the valve cover gaskets. It will leak near the back and make the entire bottom of the truck wet with engine oil. Driver's side can be done without too much hassle. Passenger's side will require the intake plenum to be pulled off to replace the gasket.

Check the throttle plate and see if it's dirty/gummed up. You'll have to pull the intake hose off and see.

More info is needed on the vehicle. Miles? Timing belt/water pump last done? Proof would be required. Piccies would really help...

I'd recommend taking it to a mechanic to check over. There are things that yer not used to looking at that they can tell you about...

Sorry about the lack of details the truck has 160k on it,they have proof of timing belt water pump,brakes with wheel seals bearings were done also,the valve cover is leaking but theres more oil underneathe the truck,than is actually in the engine bay,the power steering pump is clearly leaking.
they have the paperwork for the work done,they spent about $3200 having the head rebuilt(why i do not know)and water pump timing belt,the trrans was serviced also and screen cleaned,but underneath the pan its clearly leaking/dripping.
i can basically get the truck for just what the repair bill was,and it was about 10k miles ago,but the bumpy idle is what i'm mostly concerned about,as it would run okay then sortof misfire like its a slight vacuum leak or something,and the exhaust seems to have a slight tpping when idling.
the most concern is the leak that seems to be from the trans and the back of the engine.

$3200 is a little on the high side fer a 94 T-100 DX 2WD with 160k. Rear oil seal could be bad but until you had someone check it out...that's just speculation. I know my 93 T-100 2WD SR5 leaks oil from the valve cover gaskets to the back of the engine to the point where it has the same exact symptoms as you describe. It coats the entire bottom of the engine and everything after it when I'm driving down the road at speed including the transmission and gas tank.

As far as the transmission goes, is the fluid level at the correct level? You do know that the power steering pump also uses ATF fer its fluid...

If yer handy, you can rebuild the power steering pump fer about $20 with parts from RockAuto.com and about an hour of yer time. You only need the one kit and it should have everything...always do an inventory to make sure! You'll need a few tools including a 12mm, 14mm, 24mm sockets, and I think a 21mm open ended wrench. If you have the Factory Service Manual (FSM), it clearly walks you through the steps required to tear it down.

Sounds like the timing could be off? Who did the work? Service station or the dealership? What kind of warranty is left on the job? Guess you could do a pressure test to find out. Pull the plugs and check their condition. Does the check engine light illuminate when you turn the key to the on position (not starting the engine)?

Again...detailed piccies of the undercarriage, interior, exterior, engine bay, and bed to grade the condition of the truck would be greatly appreciated.

I didnt check if check engine light came on before i started it,don't recall it being on,i was getting it for less than the $3200,it was $2700,trans fluid level was normal.
Dont remember if the work was warrantied i just looked at the receipt(didnt read the fine print),timing may be off,which is probably why its sluggish and idle bumps from time to time.
Other than that,it had no other issues,no rust,no major dents.
what should be a good price for this truck with possible problems i listed,if it's not worth the risk,i'll move to the next one.thanks again

Sounds a little bit sketchy. If they are willing to sell it for basically what the repair bills were, sounds like they are trying to cut their losses and get rid of it. If you want a T100, it seems to me there are more in your area than there are in all of Canada. My advice is to keep looking for others, No need to rush into a buttload of issues.

The guy i am buying it from is not the one that actually had all the work doneit was done by the ownwer before he bought it,he did some things,but nothing major,it was just a second truck,he actually had 2 other personal trucks,but i think i may pass eitherway,as i do not need any headaches.
i found a 98 for $4500,just have to keep looking i guess until the right one comes along.thanks for the advice to everyone.
