I recently put them on my truck that came equipped with A.D.D. hubs. Really easy install. I just removed the drive flange (with the cone washers), and bolted these right on.

Yer best bet is to go with the Aisin hubs...they don't stick out as much and are easier to find parts fer and work on. You can probably find a set cheap on Craigslist or on the other Toyota boards...look under the Fer Sale section.
Usually they just need cleaning and regreasing. If internal parts are damaged, they've really been abused. I beat the heck out of my trucks offroad and have never broken a hub. The spring inside hasn't even worn out. But you can get replacement parts.
Just make sure you don't get hubs from a solid axle mini-truck, they won't fit even though they look the same.
