I found a listing on craigslist and they had piccies. I spotted the different bumper right away and I knew I'd seen the bumper before. Not sure how much fab work it would take to put that on..the T-100 this was on was a salvaged vehicle...so they did what they needed to to git it listed. I can find the listing and you can ask fer piccies of what they did. ;)

T-100 Bumper from Ford?

I am curious to see how much Fabrication work went in to this myself, as Fabrication is my livelyhood. I build rear bumpers mostly, and almost exclusively for Toyota Trucks, and I have a hard time believing that this is at all a direct bolton. It is odd really that Most Fullsize Domestic Frames at least the ones I have run across ar much narrower than the smaller Toyotas. It's odd.

I will touch base with this thread in the future.

As for T-100 rear bumpers, I build rears for the 84-2004 Toyota hilux/Tacomas, and would gladly add the T-100s to my lineup if I can get some brackets specs.

Thanks

Here it is folks just completed today on my friends t100, has rust on bumpers. Threw it on there. Minor modifications were made. 1st we ditched the carrier beam (inside ford bumper) then made some cuts to fold up raw edge then flatten out with vicegrips so it sits flush and give a tab for mounting holes. Did reuse t100 bracket and top mounts. Just cut top mounds back about a half inch or more had some rust so that was cut off at the same take.
Sits pretty! And tuff too. Only thing is since we removed reinforcement carrier in bumper then the center step directly above factory t100 hitch is not a solids step now and is just plastic fascia. Something to be aware of we thought about cutting the beam in bumper to leave middle section but just bypassed so we could str8 shot the process took only about two hours and That’s taking out sweet time. Pulling it took longer and convincing gentlemen to sell it to us for a good deal (150) took just as long as install practically lol

1999 f150 was the parts truck. Pretty Clean Chrome bumper no dents minimal / medium surface rust
There you have it T100 friends it’s true it fits and it looks Good enough. Oh and only required the 4 carriage bolts / nuts from the Toyota bumper -pop your plastics up to expose them.
Tools:
Impact w/ 3/8 adaptor for various 3/8 sockets 17 18 19 mm?
Dewalt bandsaw (just to cut brackets inward (ends) about 1/2 inch give or take) to help Bumper tighten up to body more)
Also cut (bandsaw)the tabs after lining up bumper how you like it, mark with sharpie remove cut.
Universal bit aka step bit to drill the two holes on top of bumper (they line up great to existing holes on t100 top of bracket mounts:))
vice grip (or two!) to bend the two top tabs flat on bumper after cutting to create flat mounting point and drilling point)
That’s all!! Basically a 1 hour install with a buddy obviously helps like I did it. Holding the other side is great.
