Best blades I've had so far. Wiper material is made from silicone and not rubber so it doesn't rot out or wear out like rubber wipers do.
Had a pair on my 1993 T-100 which I transferred to my 1998 T-100 when I got the 1998 T-100. It got a few nicks in it from the chips in the windshield but nothing that really bothered me. I did notice that the pivot joints did rust over time...so if you want those to last you'll need to lube those to keep the pivots from squeaking. I've had those same original blades working fer over 5 years.
Just picked up a new pair of Silblade Flexblades from eBay fer about $41 shipped. Best price so far...seller is Dr.injector. Blade size fer our trucks is 19".
I did notice that the connector is all plastic on the Flexblade vs metal on the original. Not sure how well it will hold up over time.
dang thats expensive. I went with rain-x and they are still good since I bought them in 2007. (california climate, acid rain, smog, and 100+ year around).

I don't believe that any of the Rain-X wipers are made from silicone. The Repel and Latitude wipers are made from graphic coated/impregnated rubber, the Fusion is made from synthetic rubber, and the Weatherbeater is made from all natural squeegee rubber. These components will still breakdown within a year. The Repel looks like they're retailing fer about $24 each, the Latitude retailing fer $20 each, the Weatherbeater retailing fer $11 each, and the Fusion retailing fer $15 each.
I believe the Silblade will outperform the Rain-X wipers initially and over time fer the amount of money you will spend on a set.
I can't remember what model rain-x I bought them years ago and I got them at autozone in 2007. I just remember they were very inexpensive about $20-22.

Dunno about the Trico NeoForm wiper blades. I feel that the Silblade wipers will outperform any rubber wiper blade.
I use the Michelin All Weather wiper blades from WalMart. $12 a piece. I have them on 4 different vehicles. My T100, 3 work vehicles (Ford E350 Van and 2 Escalades) They seem to work well and are reasonably priced.
Little bit of lift away from the windshield above 75mph, but they still get the window nice and clean. Here in the mountains wipers don't last so long. Often they serve as an ice scraper and there are days when I use a full gallon of windshield washer fluid on a 2 hr drive to the airport.
It's almost impossible to have them last a whole year. Here they are more of a disposable item.
Well...I didn't like how the Flexblade worked on my T-100. Up stroke at 65 mph worked great...down stroke seems to skip a bit.
I just took them off and installed them on the wife's 2001 Camry. The Michelin Stealth rubber blades I installed on her car back about 5 months ago were already worn out.
I put my 6 year old metal framed Silblades back on. Can you do that with any other wiper blades and still have the same level of performance?

The standard metal framed Silblade wipers fit just fine. The Flexblade never touched the far right side at the bottom...maybe the first 2" or so when I put them on. Worked fine everywhere else on the windshield though.
Never tried the Uniblade...looks just like the standard wiper with a cover.
Gonna eventually buy a new set of Silblades...just fer that time when I git tired of the squeak that's developed from the metal wearing at the joints. Sometime they chatter because of the looseness that's worn in.
Got the new Silblade wipers in. Design has changed a little but it's still a metal frame. I'll have to see if I can tighten up the old set and make them like new again.
Got a set of Uniblades fer the next door neighbor's Ford F-250 dually. It seems to have a plastic-over-metal frame. Not sure how well it will hold up over time. I guess as long as he has his truck, I'll find out.
