So from what I saw..do they just plug into the odb port
so does that mean I can just swap it from my 2 tacos depending on wich i am driving or no

Yes. You can swap between them. has this and some other questions answered. The How to Buy link on the front page says that ordering information will be posted sometime today.

05X - Yeah, you can swap it between ANY 1996+ vehicle. I am going to use mine to read a ABS light code on my fathers 1999 S10 this weekend. As for mounting I just have mine sitting in the cubby in front on the shifter until I decided whether I want to do the overhead console mod like PB

anyone know of any obd2 scanners that read information like knock retard and or o2 sensor information? I'm really not big on scan tools, but i've used some that give ALL of the sensor information, but those may have been manufacturer specific units (i know i had to have the proper card in it for the right vehicle model as well).

One question: Havent done much research on the scan gauge, but will it give True readings in MPH and MPG if i have larger tires now. Thanks.

That looks good. It's about time they updated it. But I'm still happy with my purchase of the ScanGuage I. If mine wasn't mounted in the overhead console I would rather have the ScanGauge II.
