Rear Leaf TSB and dealer reaction

So I take my truck into get the Yearly state Inspection. I have them fix the shock on the glove box(fell off), and the TSB for the rear suspension. The service writer calls me and says your truck is done except for the TSB. She goes onto say the Service Mgr. did not want to do the TSB because he only herd a very faint noise. She then goes onto say but we are goign to order the part and have it done. So my truck had to sit there over night. When i scheduled the appt. I gave them the TSB # and new part # and asked them to order the part they said NO, we hae to observe it first. I dont understand how he only herd a faint noise .. my truck sounds like a old coat of arms clashing together.

I HOPE THIS STOPS THE CREEKING

Seems like the dealers tend to give toyota a bad name anymore.
What part of PA are you in

My local dealer does the same thing...they won't order any parts until they hear it first. Then I have to take the truck home and wait for the part to come in. It's a pain in the ass.

same thing with me.. only its the engine ticking tsb... i told them i have a real bad tick and to order the parts, they said ok... i droppe dthe truck off at 11:30 (and the dealership is like 30 min from my house) they call me at 4:00 saying that i do indeed have en engine tick but they'll need to order the parts, i then demanded for a rental car so i dont have to pay for gas, no bueno of course. i then ask for them to send a shuttle to pick me up and they say the last shuttle closes at 4:30, no bueno again. i want to fucking kill them, parts still havnt come in.

i tried to have the dealer order the parts for my rusty bumper and the squeaky springs, but they wouldn't until they witnessed the issues firsthand. the thing is, they had the parts (including the bumper) in stock at the dealer and did it same day so i didnt have to come back. what a relief that was.
