double check your file size, the pdf manual should be 1105K or 1.1mb
i have opened it successfully in Acrobat Reader and Foxit under multiple versions.
if you still have problems, private message me your email and i will be happy to forward you a good file.

UPDATE: version 2 has taken a back seat for the last few months, there has been A LOT of shit going on in my life, but tomorrow i will be draggin my tacoma back out of the garage for the summer, and will spending more time completing the update. lately i have been working on a dozen other projects, mostly woodworking, so computer time has been at an all time low!

Canada Canadian version?

Great guide, thanks.

I noticed a typo in the tire pressure note;
TIRE PRESSURE
** Proper Tire Pressure Is Printed On Sticker **
** Located On/Near Drivers Door Jab **
Should be Door Jamb.

I have a request for the next version. Could you include the metric equivalent for CAPACITIES & FLUID TYPES?
ex: 4.0L drained with filter......4.8 q / 4.5 l
Or even a foot note showing 1 US quart = 0.946 liters (litres).
It would be helpful to us Canadians as we have to buy our fluids in metric containers. Also, in the Manufacturers Recommended Maintenance Schedule, could you show kilometers? Everything is in multiples of 8000 km.
ex: 5000 mi. / 8000 km - 6 Months and 10,000 mi. / 16,000 km - 12 Months
Most of us still use ft-lbs for torque so I won't ask for metric torque specs.

I can do this myself if you like and send it back to you. The photo on the cover may change to a DC 4x4 though.

Thanks again.

Canada

Looks like a well prepared document!

Metric information would be beneficial to those of us north of the border!

Did you get your light bar on the Rock or have it shipped to you? What brand is it?

Looks like the last post to this thread was about 4yrs ago and the last update to the booklet was about 6 years ago. I wouldn't hold your breath on that. I was just thankful to have something, printed it and went on my merry way.

The spec pages could use some de-krazie warning labels. Other than that its perfect!

Glad it got bumped up.
