USA FJ Cruiser wheels on an 06 Tacoma

Has anyone out there put the new FJ Cruiser 17 inch alloy wheels on an 06 Tacoma? My Tacoma is naturally afflicted by the tire pressure monitor, and since the FJ is not, will the transmitter valve stem fit properly in the FJ wheel? I have read information on different valve stem angle mounts and thus do not want to purchase the wheels without knowing if my stems will work (not crazy about buying new stems and having them programmed, or disabling the system even if it is worth little). My truck was built with the Dunlop 245/75-16 tires on the SR5 alloy wheels. I've also noticed the truck states that it is going a bit faster than reality, and the odometer rolls faster accordingly. When I checked the odo against known trip distances verified by multiple vehicles and map databases, I recalculated the tires needed to correct the reading. It needs a tire that is 31.5" in diameter, not the 30.5" diameter from the OEM tires. I asked the service department if there was any adjustment under warranty to correct the reading as the new truck warranty would expire about 1500 real miles early. They tested the truck with a portable gps and said it was within limits. Funny the FJ Cruiser comes with 265/70-17's that are 31.5" diameter. Hmmm... I see these factory FJ wheel tire packages on eBay, I like the look, the tires are right on. But is it too much of a pain to change the stems? Maybe I just have too much time on my hands...
