Air Conditioner Clunk

I have searched for this but could not find it....

Everytime I start my truck and turn on the A/C for the first time after being off for a while it engages very rough, clunks and whizzes for a second or two. After it does this everything is fine... no noises or anything... I am concerned it is being damaged..and will talk to my dealer about this. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience.

2005 DC 4x4 SR5 V6 TRD Off Road

Thanks
