x-runner wheels on my taco?

Will the x-runner wheels/tires fit on my '06 Tacoma Regular Cab 2wd base model truck?
Would I have to change the speedo gear or something to maintain speedo accuracy?

If the overall circumference of the tires is the same, then no, the speedometer/odometer will be just fine.
