LoJack install/ Radio not working!!!

Hi guys,
I just had the LoJack installed in my Tacoma. When I got home, I noticed my radio wasn't working, both AM and FM stations (cd player works fine). My dealership, where I had it installed, is about an hour away and I didn't want to deal with Seattle traffic. Has this happened to anyone who had LoJack installed? I called my dealer and he said he'll contact LoJack to see if they can get someone to service it near me. But i'd rather do it on my own because of time constaints and my horrible work schedule.

I'm not really the electrician type. Do I need to disconnect the battery before I go lurking around in there?

LOJACK will come to where ever you park your vehicle. They are a mobile operation.

No, you probably don't need to disconnect the battery. Just pull the radio. You can find instructions on how to do that somewhere here on this site. And just make sure the antenna is plugged in. I can't really remember, but I believe it is an L-shaped plug. Looks sorta like a small A/V cable, but with an L elbow to it.
