USA Sliding Rear Window Noise

Has anyone noticed a scratching/chattering sound coming from the sliding rear window while driving with it opened? It almost sounds like glass scratching glass...really annoying.

I have a bed cover on my access cab and it rubs against the rubber seal of the window. I just sprayed some som lithium grease along where it rubs and tis all good.

As for my sliding window, the dealer has a new one on order since the plastic latch ripped off while I was try to close it one day. I tried to glue it but when I got hot out it ripped off again. Thankfully I have a viper alarm installed and it's not likely that a midget will be crawling through.
