You might have noticed the new green squares underneath everybodies user title. This should explain a little more.
What is it:
User reputation system
The purpose:
To keep track of members, whether be negative for spamming, starting flames, whining about this and that, just all around annoying, or positive for good posts, supportive to members, a team player, a good successful sale etc.
The benifits:
This system can help in the future promotions for hosts or negatively for the notification that this member has annoyed everybody here but we have never talked about it because he always manages to slip through the cracks and is really more of a neussance to the site than he is an asset.
Who can rate:
Moderators and Super moderators
How do you rate:
Click on the scale located under the username (beside online status) and a new page will come up prompting you to approve or dissapprove as well as add a comment. Then click add to reputation.
Classifications:
Each member starts with 100 reputation points and can be added or subtracted by 10.
User is all done = 0 User is getting very close to a ban = 10+ User not on good terms = 30+ User is not very well liked = 50+
User is starting to slip = 70+ User is evenly rated = 100+ User is doing fairly well = 120+ User is premium = 150+
You "normal folk" cannot rate eachother. It's just for mods and admins. Sorry.
The rating does not rate your character it just rates the quality of your individual posts and comments. Each post that you make can be rated.
BTW, I'll be handing out bad ratings for all those that don't use the search button.

I see two squares.
Everyone startes with 100 points.
So, at this moment, each square equals 50 points.
How do you add or subtract by 10, when each square is worth 50 points?
And how are we suposed to know how many points someone might have?
