Quick In-channel Ventvisor question

Just got my AVS Ventvisors for my 06 Doublecab. I was wondering if the front of the ventshades go between the plastic trim around the side mirror and the body or between the outside window channel rubber and the body?

You should just be able to lower the window completely....and then fit the entire edge of the ventshade up into the windowchannel

I installed them in the window channel and place the front "flange" on the outside of the window channel.

i thought they went in the exact same spot that the windo rolls up into? Then the window pushes and seats it in.

They fit in the window channel except the very end of the bottom front. It curves outside the window channel.

mine actually fit entirely inside the window channel, i just might be misunderstanding you but not of the "flange" sticks out on my AVS ventshades

I don't have the in channel but my instructions stated to pull back the plastic by the mirror and put the deflector behind the plastic.
