Lund Grill Assembly

So I just installed the Lund screen grill insert this morning and managed to defend the title for breaking something everytime I do a mod. Not a big deal this time but still a pain. One of the clips that holds the bottom of the grill in place snapped off as I was putting it back on. I don't think it's an issue because the bottom is also held in place by a large pin in the center as well as two clips and two screws on the top. Question is to anyone who has ever done this install. Do I need to replace this or will it hold OK without it? I drive a lot on bumpy dirt roads so am kind of nervous it may work something lose. I think I like the looks of the inserts especially since it helps in the winter. What do you guys think??? Sorry for the washed out pics. My camera is on the fritz!

Try moving the grill piece manually. If there isn't much play or rattling, then don't worry about it. You may also be able to fix it with some industrial strength adhesive (waterproof) or find some other way to rig it.

The grill looks good!

I agree...looks clean! It almost makes me want to re-install mine which is sitting in my garage. I'm back to the stock grill.

Thanks for the compliments!! The grill feels solid if I try wiggling it so I may just see how it goes. Thanks again Movielife for the sale.......

Yeah...I hesitated when I saw one for sale on the forum the first time so when movielife was looking to get rid of his I jumped on it. I'll sell you mine for $100.00. Barely used!!
