Dash Guage Dust

I've searched but couldn't find any posts regarding this issue. I need to figure out how to safely take off the clear plastic coving the guages above my steering wheel and clean them. I don't know how dust gets in there, but it looks washed up in the daytime. Clean interior with a bunch of dust inside my mph guages. Anyone know how or seen any thread regarding this issue. Thanks

its really easy... take the lower dash out first..you have to take out two bolts and then the hole grey plastic peice pops out.then just pull on the uper black dash and it should pull out too. once this is done it reviels four bolts that hold in the gauges.. take them out and the you can take tha gauges apart to clean them. i do it all the time for fun. it takes like ten min. to do ....good luck
