I've never seen them, and apparently nobody else here has either.
They are obviously no-frills bars - but still, might be worth looking into.
First things I noticed (well, OK, first thing I noticed was the price because I'm cheap) that they used plastic end caps instead of bending the tube ends. The bends are a significant part of the work to be done on a set of say Westin Platinums, and require a couple of feet of extra tube on each bar (minimum). It's hard to tell but the brackets don't look coated. Of course, you can do that yourself. Another thing to look at is whether the treads are formed into the tube without cutting out the step, or if they're just cutouts w/ cheap plastic treads snapped in. Lastly would be wall thickness and grade of tubing used, but for $150 shpped, I don't know that you'd worry much about that unless you step right thru them the first week.
I checked to see if they also had them in DC length, but they replied that they don't.
