I have black oem all weather and I like the contrast, ive seen a few people complain about the gray ones looking dirty. As far as the rears go you will be happy the first time your uncaring buddys hop in the back with dirty muddy feet.

The grey matches perfectly and they do not stain. I have had mine for a year and they clean off very easily. Depending on where you live, different things will show up worse on either color. I live in Cincinnati where the put down road salt like that are tring to cure the asphalt like a peice of ham. I've had black rubber mats before and they look horrible from december to march. That is why I say, get GREY!
I put the black ones in my Access cab and like the way it looks. I guess that make it 5 black and 2 grey.

Go with the black. They are easy to clean (I had grey and they stained with black road grease). I live on the prairies, and we see a lot of salt... Still, the mats were immaculate every Spring, Summer, Fall. One other key thing... I have a nice black truck. I've noticed that on silver, or even speedway blue trucks the factory tint looks darker - because our light grey interiors reflect soooo much light. I noticed putting black mats in helped reduce interior light/brightness. May not be a big thing, but everything I can do to make the interior darker helps...
i have some dark grey mats like the color of the dashboard and its matches perfect and looks great. You have nothing else black inside the truck so why would you put black floormats?
