run the wire along with the stock bundles of wires on the driver side frame rail. Zip tie it along the way. Then when you get up to the area underneath the driver, let the wire go through a side hole in the frame. Stick the wire through a rubber drain "grommet" that's underneath the drivers seat. You will see some stock wires going through the grommet too. Pull off the door sill cover, reach under the carpet and the pull the wire through. Then run it along with the other wires in the door sill, behind the kick panel and up to the dash or wherever. You might have to puncture a hole in that grommet to get the wire through. Where the grommet is seal around the wire with some silicone sealant to keep moisture from getting in. There is also one of these grommets on the passenger side, if you want to run the wire up that side of the truck. It's best to protect the wire with wire loom as the wire travels up the frame rail. Lowes and AutoZone have it.

Yeah, just yank em off. The kick panels come off easy too. Pull off the black foot rest, then pull off a little black nut thing that's under the foot rest, then just pull the kick panel back towards the back of the cab. it will pop loose. When you reassemble the peices make sure the little tabs fit back into the clips and don't get bent to the side.
