Rattling From K&N Intake

I'm new to this site and I absolutely love it. Pretty much everything I have had questions about it discussed here. Anyways, My intake system rattles pretty bad at around 2500 rpm's. it is extremely annoying, ive put rubber weather stripping around the whole where the intake tube goes into the air box. it worked at first but then it just started doing it again..please help

hmm...the intake tubing might just be entering at a bad/weird angle. Try loosening up the tube and swiveling it a bit so it's not so close to the edge of the circular opening in the air box. On top of this, you might want to find maybe a better cushion around the edges of the opening. That's all I can suggest right now. Hope this helps.

mine rattles at WOT... and while it is turnin over when I first start my truck...

mine did the same thing when i started my truck or when accelerating quickly so i put a little piece of tailgate seal at the bottom of the opening so the cone pretty much has nowhere to go ...that solved my probem
