headlights.

I've searched.

What Silverstar Ultras do you use for the headlights?? 9005 is for fogs but what do they have for headlights? I don't see h4 nor do I understand what the hell h4 means.

you want h10 for the fogs and h4 for the headlights. you can use 9005 for the fogs but they run a higher wattage which can melt some wiring.

HB2 = H4 = 9003 I use Osram H4 SilverStars -- A white light much better than stock. Sylvania's website doesn't show thw ultras for this lamp size.

no h10 for the fogs. you can use 9005, its a little bigger but uses more power then stock which can be bad if used a lot.

Do you mean it might overheat and melt? I just want some replacement headlights and fogs that are brighter and white. but not if it might screw things up.

There was a guy on here about a month ago that melted the inside of his fog light lenses due to higher wattage bulbs. I'll try to find the post for you.

DON'T waste your money on the Silverstars!! they routinely burn out within a year, i have heard of problems with them overheating in the light enclosure. I have had PIAA lights on each of my previous cars and, while more expensive, they are significantly better than anything i have used. They are worth the money, you get what you pay for. Silverstars are crap

I've never had a problem with PIAA or the European SilverStars

Bought myself a pair of Silverstars (9003) a couple of months ago at Crappy Tire. I'm very pleased with them so far. Way superior than stock. If you do lots of crusing in the country without streetlights then you will experience their true advantage.

PIAA does have yellows for fogs, look for 9005 type, they fit for the fogs while H4 are the headlights.
