FYI, several people on customtacos.com have shown interest and we need only a few more to make the 10 person discount. I would like to start ordering on Monday 11/27/06.
Maybe, but $350 is better! Remember, this will be in the door, no box to take away all the room in the back etc.
Well yeah, I agree with not wanting a box taking up precious inside space.
I personally have a pair of Eu-700's that will fit in the stock locations of the AC doors. As it is, it will cost me $400 to upgrade the front components, add an amp, wiring and deadener.
I guess for $350 I was looking for something that looked a little more like stock than it does.
Good luck with your sale.

Then that's not really that bad. $175 a door panel. It would take a lot of work to try to make one of those door panels by hand. If I had an access cab I would probably buy them. I would certainly put lots of RaamMat inside the doors and on the back of the door panels.
Seems to me that I saw someone else trying to make these as well but without the opening for the midrange...Help me out her please as I'm not sure what forum site it was on..

Did you see it on customtacos? I know there was a lot of hubbub about a guy saying he was going to produce some that didnt require you to cut up anything and only had the sub opening. However I dont think anything ever came of it, as the dude hasnt given an update in a month or two.
