People who installed UCA's

I had a Question about installing the UCA's. How did you guy's remove the bolt? I read that Han's had to bend his fender? He is the first one that I have heard mention this. But after further examination of my Taco. I can see why he needed to do this.
My question is? Does anyone know of another way other than bending your fender? Or cutting the bolt out?

Check TTORA there is tons of info there on how to do it, the only way to remove the bolt is to bend the fender.

Bending the inner fender is no big deal. You just bend it back after you reinstall the bolt. And there is a black piece that covers the area you bent so you won't see any scratch marks.

If you don't want to bend the fender, you can remove it but that will be very time consuming

You can put a few strips of electrical tape on the metal and bend it with some vice grips...no scratches.

+1 and it's not like anybody is gonna see it.

Toku- Toyota lists this as a 14 labor hour job if you don't bend the fender. Otherwise you have to lift the cab off the frame.

Thanks! For all the info guys!!
I just ordered the UCA's from wheelers. I got the regular one Not the Chaos. The guy at Wheelers told me that the regular one gives you an additional 2 degrees for your caster. And the Total Chaos gives 3 degrees. Since I already have .93 and I want it to fall between 1.27 and 2.77 degrees. an additional 2 degrees should be more than enough.
Thanks for all the help guys!!

When you refer to the "regular" one's, are they Camburg's?

I also had to 'tweak' the inner fender when I installed my TC UCA's. I don't think I even had to move it 1/4'-1/2' max. I did both UCA's in about an hour...pretty simple.
