Ok, first, I'm asking for a set of replacement bulbs for my D Cab Tacoma. I'm looking at two sets of PIAAs. By opinion, which of the two are better? The Xtreme White Plus bulbs (H4) or the PIAA Super plasmas (H4)?
Next question, when selecting my correct vehicle on tire rack (for the PIAA bulbs) it has two options; Double cab Tacoma WITH TPMS and WITHOUT TPMS... what the heck is TPMS?
I have 2 xtreme whites mounted on the roof rack of my Honda Element, they are extremely bright and extremely white... the headlights are SilverStars so you can compare them to that:
I just bought the piaa extreme white+ H4 headlights and the super plasma 9005 fogs. They are brighter and whiter than stock. I'll post some pics tonight, I was going to take some last night but the batteries in the cam died
It'll probably boil down to personal opinion. What "look" do you want - white with a touch of blue, or whiteish purple. Both will perform very well; probably better than stock. As Pb points out, you might get better visual performance from the Whites since (IMO) the more blue and purple in the bulb tends to reduce effectiveness for nighttime illumination.

I'll post my pics tonight. I just put Super Plasma H4 and Super Plasma 9005 for fogs. The h4 have a purple tint to them and the fogs are just bright white. I'll post for sure tonight when I get home.
