Painting factory nerf bars

Anybody paint there factory nerf bars a color other than black or silver. I'm thinking about doing mine white. Comments?

You might try photoshopping it, but I think it would probably look good. My only problem is that it would probably get dinged up and show dirt pretty fast.

Photo shop is a good idea except I don't have that program. I'm going to use Rustoleum industrial quality gloss white, will see if it holds up.

Post up a pic of your truck with the bars on it. I'm sure you can find someone on here to p-chop it for you in minutes. It would be easy just to change the color. A lot easier and cheaper than replacing your bars...

my last set of westins on my F-350 I got tired of the paint fading and getting chips so took it to line-x and had them done. Was quite happy with the job and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

When I read your OP, my first thought was . But after seeing that picture, I think it looks pretty good. Probably would look great with all the color-matched parts on the Sport model.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if would look good but went for it and it came out good, much better than the silver bars on the white taco, they bothered me
