Rims???!!

Ok, I'm looking for a good place for Rims online, but cant seem to find anyplace where you can see what the Taco looks like with a paticular set of rims. I'm looking for some 16 " rims that that look good on the Taco. Perhaps stock is sufficient?

I'd lean toward chrome rims, but wouldn't want them TOO flashy, if that makes any sense. And one more thing, I wouldnt put the rims on myself, how much would a shop charge for a rim job?

You can see what they look like on the truck at the tirerack website, but they seem to have alot of 18,19,20+ inch rims.

Might be a place to start. Also if you find a set you like, there are people here than can photoshop them on your truck for you if you have a decent picture.

that sounds like a bargain, I thought they were a bit higher in price.

I might just have to do it the ol fashiioned way and head down to the local shop and see what rims are available and how much... As far as the bigger rims, i don't think they look as good on the 4x4 or prerunner, but they look quite nice on the x-runners

If you spend some money on wheels make sure you take them to somebody that knows what they are doing. Some jerk making minimum wage can do a number on your new wheels mounting and installing them. Here in NC its around $10 a wheel for mount and balance.
