Question Warranty Risk on Taco Mods

Hey All,

I recently purchased a 06 Taco XRunner. I want to improve performance with things such as air intake upgrades and exhaust upgrades but I'm afraid of the warranty risk associated with these mods. Of course I can use the TRD parts but will I get max performance for my money?

The XRunner is suppose to be a performance truck so one would think that the air intake and exhaust would already be of performance grade. But I guess not.

Well if anyone has info I'd greatly appreciate it.

Long story short... they can only deny coverage if they can prove the modification caused the failure.

There have been lots of mods done to lots of trucks on this site. I can't really think of any instances where the mods voided their warranty. If you're worried about it then just do the mods after your trucks warranty is expired.
