Westin Bull with Factory Skid Plate?

Huy guys,
I have a quick question. If I get the Westin Bull bar with skid plate (included), whould this replace the factory/TRD skid plate or just mount in front of it? I have the SR5 and was going to upgrade to the TRD but maybe I don't need to since I'm getting the Westin.

The TRD plate won't fit with the bull bar, and you won't need it with the Westin setup.

Fits for me... westin bull bar over trd silver skid plate over black stock skid plate. Fits perfectly. Someone asked me to take a picture months ago, but I was too lazy to take the pic (I still am too lazy, but might do it later this week)

I have the black factory plate and since I'm getting the Westin, I don't see any point dishing out the cash for the TRD skid plate. Thanks for all the info though.

The westin bull bar will fit over the trd skidplate, but its easier to take the trd skid off while installing the brackets and then putting it back on b/f you mount the bull bar on the brackets. Here's a pic
