I had to order my truck and I'm going to look for a shop that will trade me up to AT KO's for my rugged trails and some $$.
Any of you find a shop that will swap out tires like that?

you'll prolly have to find a local shop that sells used tires. and don't expect anything even close to a even swap. my guess is you'll still have to pony up about $500.
Check around, you should be able to find a tire shop willing to work with you. If you expect to get a decent allowance for your tires, the key is to deliver them in new condition -- at the very least, that will mean driving from the dealership directly to the tire shop. I have done it, several years ago.
My thought here is that I can put 265's on with no problem ?
Some also told me that Tires Plus will work swaps so I'm going to check them out.

Off Road comes stock with 265/70-16, lots of guys have put on 265/75-16 with no clearance issues. IIRC, they are about 1/2" taller, so that's only 1/4" more measured from centerline.

31.65" (75% sidewall) vs 30.6" (70% sidewall). Yes you are fine they will not rub

With the caveat that you stick with the stock rims. I went to some aftermarket rims, slightly less that 4.5" of backspacing and a inch wider, 16x8 and had serious rubbing issues.
I had no issues when I ran these tires on the stock 16x7" rims.

We have a shop up here called Les Schwab that offered me, in writing, $65 for each of my Rugged Trails and the offer is good for 30 days! I'm picking up a set of Toyo Mud Countries from them on Tuesday!

Les Schwab Tire is very big in the West, a great place to do business. Don't blame you for jumping on their offer!
What size Toyos are you getting?
My toytec w/AAL's should be in today and I'm installing it on monday! After much reading, I'm going with 265/75R16's instead of 285/75R16's so that I can get full flex and not rub. Unless someone on here has a different opinion, I will stick with the 265's. I absolutely love the look of the Toyo Mud Country!
