i really had no idea what you were looking for...bigger alternator? do you ahve the big one for the towing and what not?

do you already have a cap?

I don't think there is any. I remember Cam2XRunner had a connection where he could get your Alt Rewound to 250amps but I remember him saying he lost that connection. I also read somewhere that a normal Chevy High Output Alternator could be modified to fit our trucks and used instead. I forget which company would do that though

I dont have the towing alt, and I don't plan on getting a cap ever in my life

if you dont have the tow pkg. go to the dealer, and ask for the alternator for the towing package, while your at it, go get a tranny cooler aswell. cheap, and very effective.

Well if you wanted you could get the Towing Alt

It's only 130 amps but it's better then what you got.

I've called a bunch of different alternator companies, and none of them had one, and alot of them said that it's almost impossible to mount a big one in our bracket area
