Question Scratch Removal shop in SoCal

I need help to locate a shop in SoCal who's very reputable & with experience in scratch removal. No crooks or wannabe are allowed or I'll shoot them myself.
I have about three scratches that's been bugging me and I need to get rid of them.

I read a couple of articles how to remove scratches, but I'm afraid to fuck up the rest of the paint finish. A mobile shop will be a plus+.

Where are the scratches on the truck?

If they are on the plastic fender flares or front bumper, that will call for a full repaint.

If you decide to touch those pieces up, they won't match due to the texture.

Any other part of the truck is cool!

One is on the P/S door & the other on rear bumper which are not very deep, almost superficial. The D/S roof top close to the windshield is a tid bit deeper & I can see the primer.

Yup, those can definately be touched up with no problems.

I paid about $150 to touch up a spot on my roof.

Mobile Paint repair in Socal

I got the guy for you.... His name is Raul Reyes from Fine Line Detail. He fixed a paint blemish I had on the side of my bed. (Some metal pieces in the factory paint) Wet sanded, painted, clear coated and blended in the area right in my driveway. He carries all the goods to mix, sand, and paint with him. He's been in the auto paint industry for over 10 years. He specializes in pretty much anything a body shop could do but on the mobile level and very much a perfectionist.

I told him I would pass his name on here for anyone needing this type of work. He's a very nice guy and is honest in what he can/can not do. PM me and I'll give you his number. Tell him "Rob" with the Silver Tacoma in Torrance sent you. (I'm not getting any kick backs for helping him out, he's just an honest guy that could use the work) Took me a while to find him but worth every penny.

rob, thanks for the input & is well appreciated. Would you tell me how much your repair cost you? Does he charges by the hour or per ea. scratch? I'll send you a PM right away.

My repair was $200.He's out of Orange so he said he had to charge a little more to make the trip to the southbay. His work is well worth it though. Especially when a body shop wants $350+ to even consider a spot job. He charges by the job and says rarely does anything go north of $350 and that would be a large job. He has a PDR guy too so you can get everything taken care of. Hopefully if you guys need this type of work he can be your guy. I know I'll be calling him for more work in the future.

If they are not deep, then I would suggest you get a Porter Cable orbital and some polish to remove the scratches. I did it on mine and you can't see the scratches anymore. You'll spend about the same for a pro to come out but that doesn't help you in the future. Good luck!

for 150 a good detailer will take the scratches and polish and wax the whole truck. if you just bring it in for those scratches it wont be nearly that much($35/40).

If you have surface scratches that are in the clear coat you could probably get them buffed out for a lot less. My repair actually required repainting so the repair costs are quite fair, epecially when you're beyond the clear coat. If you need repainting and blending this is the route I took, similar to Norcal's paint problem last month.
