I've got the 17x8 with the 4.5 backspacing, 0 offset. 265/70/17's fit perfect on stock suspension. No rub as long as you take off your mudflaps.

Do you have an idea if the brake calipers on the pre-runner are the same
size of the one on a 4x4 trd off road ? and how much your tires stick out of
the fender

I think the brake calipers are the same. From what I understand, the 17's will fit any taco. My 265/70/17's stick out about 3/4-1" outside the fenders. Looks wicked.
