I installed a Reese Class III/IV about 5 months ago. It was a complete bolt on no cutting/drilling/welding required. If I remember correctly, it was about $170 for hitch & receiver and $30 for wiring harness. Took about an 1.5 hours to install.

Did the Resse solo...didn't have to remove rear bumper just loosen. Realigning the bumper was probably the most difficult part...would have been much easier and quicker if I had a second person to eye it up for me. Anyway, it's done and it's straight. Here a pic of the end result

What do you mean "Realigning the bumper". Did the bumper have to be removed for any reason? or do you mean aligning the hitch with the bumper?
"Do you know the weight of the boat?"
No idea but its a small boat.
I did not have to take the bumper completely off but I did have to loosen the bolts holding it in place. When you are positioning the hitch receiver, the bumper moves around a little and by "realigning", I mean tightening down the bumper so that it is straight and even on each side. It's not really that complicated...I just tend to be somewhat of a perfectionist so I wanted the bumber perfectly even on each side and it just takes some time to reposition it that way...especially when you are the only one doing it.
