Do you know the weight of the boat?

I just installed a Valley Hitch from etrailer.com. Click my sig picture and then see page 6 or my CarDomain site for the install and pics. Or go here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2552641/6.

I installed a Reese Class III/IV about 5 months ago. It was a complete bolt on no cutting/drilling/welding required. If I remember correctly, it was about $170 for hitch & receiver and $30 for wiring harness. Took about an 1.5 hours to install.

Yep, its not hard to install. With mine, I didn't have to remove the bumper like with most brands. I don't think Reese is like that either.

I just installed a Hidden-Hitch yesterday. I got it from etrailer.

It takes two people and about 60-90 minutes. I will take pictures tonight and post them.

You could always get a factory hitch from the dealer or ebay

30 minutes here. Could have been less had I not had to chase a 2 year old around the yard.

Did the Resse solo...didn't have to remove rear bumper just loosen. Realigning the bumper was probably the most difficult part...would have been much easier and quicker if I had a second person to eye it up for me. Anyway, it's done and it's straight. Here a pic of the end result

What do you mean "Realigning the bumper". Did the bumper have to be removed for any reason? or do you mean aligning the hitch with the bumper?

"Do you know the weight of the boat?"

No idea but its a small boat.

I did not have to take the bumper completely off but I did have to loosen the bolts holding it in place. When you are positioning the hitch receiver, the bumper moves around a little and by "realigning", I mean tightening down the bumper so that it is straight and even on each side. It's not really that complicated...I just tend to be somewhat of a perfectionist so I wanted the bumber perfectly even on each side and it just takes some time to reposition it that way...especially when you are the only one doing it.
