new pics of completed rack if i only new how to send the pics a little help guys would be apprieciated thanks .840 dia stainless tubing with aluminum blocks attached to the rail system holds very solid.

Looks sweet... you used a huge freaking block of aluminum there. Post up a report of how it withstands the travel and use.
