USA TRD Exhaust

Has anyone had any problems with their TRD exhaust system? On mine the flange holes dont quite line up, and its rattling like crazy when i take off, i checked, and thats definitely where the noise is coming from..Theres alot less space between the flanges on the top then there is on the bottom..and you can see where exhaust is leaking out of the joint. thanks guys

I'm in the process of ordering the TRD Exhaust for my Taco. The supplier I'm ordering from recommends a gasket p/n 17451-0A010. It would evidently solve your problem as it goes in the joint thats leaking.

I just bolted mine right up with the original gasket; mind you I only had 3000 miles on the truck when I installed the exhaust, so the gasket was still like new.

Not sure how many miles you have on your truck, or if the gasket was in good shape or not. If the gasket is bad, take Silverwheels info and order a new gasket.

Hope it all works out for you.

yeah the stock one's pretty chewed up, but it did that from the start, its almost like the flange was welded on crooked, maybe i'll just have to cut it off and weld the joint

I have a feeling you didn't tighten up the bolts all the way.

Make sure the shoulder of the bolt is pulled all the way through the TRD flange.

I had around 30,000 miles on my truck and I reused my gasket, no problems.
