06 Taco - Stereo Issue

Ok, I have spent hours looking through the sticky threads regarding the MP3 auxiliary input, and still have questions. Here is the information:

2006 Dbl Cab
6 CD (not Jensen)
Steering wheel controls
Creative M Vision - MP3 player

I looked up DF-TOY and the website said it was not compatible for the 06 with 6 CD changer, so basically I have wasted my time reading how to install one. I am wondering if there is something that I could use for my Creative that is similar to the iPod auxiliary hookup (iPod2Car) - where I can see which song is playing on the radio and use my steering wheel controls. If I cannot find one then maybe something generic that is compatible with my 06 model.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Completely disregard the disclaimer saying that the USA SPEC DF-TOY will not work with trucks equiped with the 6 disk changer. I have the 6 disk and a DF-TOY and steering wheel controls and everything works great. There are also other TN members who are using the DF-TOY with the 6 disk.

JUST GET IT!!!!

i have a 2006 dble cab and i thought the same thing but i hooked it up andit works great , the site said it didnt work for mine either , but i took a leap of faith and it paid off , coolest thing i have bought in a while
