Is this what I need to use LEDs?

I guess its a relay to use LEDs so they don't go ricer on me?? Can someone confirm this please?

That's what you need, but it's cheaper here:

Scroll down to the flasher relay and use the drop-down menu to select CF-18.

And do I just replace the factory relay with this one? Or is it an additional?

I posted a thread on this a while ago. All you need is the CF-18 flasher. It replaces the stock one on top of the fuse box. To get to it just follow the instructions for the outlet always On mod. http://www.tacomaterritory.com/forum...ad.php?t=10988

Viet, you may run into the same issue as I did when I installed the new CF-18 flasher. When I went to lock my doors using my key fob, the lights wouldn't flash. The doors would still lock but there was no visual indication. I removed the new flasher and put the stock flasher back in. I did not install LEDs for turn signals. Everything else is (ie marker, rear brake). If you have an aftermarket alarm, then you should be ok.
