ok.. today my friend and I decided to try and do the black headlight mod on his truck. we had everything set-up, the oven was preheated, we got the grill off and all the screws on the headlight except one. the last screw that is hidden behind the bumper, near the fender... we read the how to's on it, but we just couldnt figure out how to get it off with out removing his whole front bumper... could someone tell us how they did it cause, while we would love having someone help us that has done it before, we want to do it ourselves so that we can say we did... please dont flame, i did use the search button and looked for a good 15-20 minutes and couldn't find how to do this one step...

Lay flat on your back, so you can see the underside of the fog light (area). Reach up along the side of the body panels with the correct sized wrench and feel for the bolt. If you angle your head just right, you can probably see the bolt from the ground. If you have the other 3 removed, you should be able to judge approximately where the 4th is located? I didnt bother putting the 4th bolt back in. I tried in vain for about 5 minutes and gave up. The lights are still in there firmly.
Once again, thanks everyone, I'll make sure i use your suggestions... now i just need to wait for a day when its not 100 degrees outside, cause it was def not a good day to do it today since it was in the 90+... I'll keep you guys updated for when we get it done, thanks again.

Try using the small rachet out of the standard three with the correct socket. It makes it much easier to take off. Just get on your back look straight up behind the fog light and raise your hand towards the fender wall. Have your friend from up top guide you to it since, you are able to see where it goes to from the top but not from the bottom. But you only have access to it from below. Hopes this all makes sense.
And be careful, because right where the dreaded "4th bolt" is, there's another smaller bolt below it, which could easily be confused for it. Also, try taking off the mud guards in the wheel well (the first two bolts on the bottom will do, just so you can push it out of the way) it will give you easier access to get to the bolt.
Oh, and I did mine when it was 107 outside, so no complaining.
