weld cheyennne 6

can anyone tell me if i can run 17x10's on a three inch lift have you done it>? the rims are the welds cheyenne 6-- 17x10 , back spacing is 4.25 , hub bore is 4.17 , off set is -25 , i have seen it done before but need details if i will be ok with just a three inch lift and light trail driving with 275's or 285's

Oh? "ceez" the BS for those rims are 4.5" If you are going with 275's then you can get away with minimum trimming. Probably something like what I had to do.

hey right on toku i think iam gonna go with 275 do you know who makes a nice 275 mud terrian ? and i plan on getting these rims on my truck by early august but i have been saving for ever going nuts now that iam almost there thanks brah , ceez.

Good year MTR's are some nice tire's! 275/70/17. I'm not sure about their preformance? But looks nice!

HOLY crap! I just looked up those rims to see what they looked like, and saw the price!

From 4wheelparts.com

$2300 for the 4 rims + $1200 for 4 MTRs in 275/70r17 size = $3,550 wheel and tire package

thats one of my main reasons why iam trying to get it right , iam running the 285's mt/r's now and i love them , i hit the center divider the other day going kinda fast and it felt like a pepple

thanks toku , i will probelly run my mt/rs that are my truck now they still have about 35-40 percent life left. , only thing they are 285's

thats the price for the chrome one's the one's iam getting are polished and about $500 less , even if i had the money i dont think i would buy chrome rims unless the chrome job came with warranty and zero inperfections on the chrome finish , but polish is some work keeping them up too.
